• For Manager : Degree in B.E./B.Tech in Mining Engineering or equivalent from a recognized institute or equivalent with first class manager Certificate of Competency under MMR – 1961 with 7 years post qualification experience.
• Nationality : Indian

• For General Manager : 52 years
• For Manager : 44 years
