Qualifications : (i) Master’s Degree in Library Science of a recognized University or equivalent;Or A Second Class Master’s Degree of a recognized University plus a degree/diploma in Library Science of a recognized University or equivalent. (ii) 3 (three) years’ experience in administration, management, promotion and development of Library Services/System in a responsible capacity; Or 3 (three) years’ experience taken together in the following:- (a) Administration, management, promotion and development of Library Services/System in a responsible capacity and (b) Teaching in Library Science in a recognized Institution: provided that at least 2 (two) years’ experience must be in (a) above. Desirable: (i) Knowledge of audio-visual education; (ii) Capacity for touring in rural areas.

Duty or Service Charge of Rs.5/- (Rupees Five) only for Net Banking or Service Charge of Rs.20/- (Rupees Twenty) only for payment through Bank Counter (off-line payment).
