Project Title : Design and development of high capacity and low cost Li2TMSio4(TM=transition metals) silicate materials for future rechargeable lithium ion battery.

Qualification : M.Sc. in physics/Chemistry/Material science with knowledge in material synthesis, especially in transition metal oxides/carbonous materials and physical characterization.
Desired Qualification : GATE/NET qualified candidates are preferred and may be promoted to PhD candidacy, provided IITJ requirements are fulfilled. In addition, knowledge of computational tools such as DFT softwares is plus.
Pay : Rs. 25000/-5000/- HRA =30,000/per month
