SRF Horticulture recruitment in National Research Centre on Seed Spices (ICAR)On temporary positions
Name of Project: “NPOF Project” Network Project on Organic Farming “Standardization of seed spices based organic farming system”.
SRF (Horticulture)
Minimum Qualification essential:(i) Master’s degree in Agriculture (Horticulture/Agronomy/Soil Science/Plant Protection)including basic sciences from a recognized university.(ii) Master’s degree in the relevant subject with 4 years/5 years of Bachelor’s degree. Candidates having post graduate degree in Basic Sciences with 3 years Bachelor’s degree & 2 years Master’s degree, should have NET qualification.Desirable Experience: Experience of 1-2 years on farming system research/ analysis of soil, plant and seed samples. Working knowledge of computer.
SRF (Food Science & Technology)
Minimum Qualification essential : i) Master’s degree in Food Science & Technology/Food & Nutrition/ Home Science/Organic Chemistry/ Analytical Chemistry/Biochemistry including basic sciences from a recognized university.(ii) Master’s degree in the relevant subject with 4 years/5years of Bachelor’s degree. Candidates having post graduate degree in Basic Sciences with 3 years Bachelor’s degree & 2 years Master’s degree, should have NET qualification.
Desirable Experience: Experience of 1-2 years on soil/plant/seed samples with respect to minerals, pesticides and quality analysis. Working knowledge of computer.
No. of Post: Two
Emoluments : Rs. 25000/- per month + HRA (as per rules) for 1st year & 2nd year;Rs. 28000/- per month + HRA (as per rules) for 3rd year
Age limit: 35 years for men and 40 for women as on 23.09.2015.
