Eligibility :

Qualification : 

• For Scientist-D : Post Graduate degree in engineering in Water Resources/ Hydrology/ Hydraulics/ Irrigation/Environmental Engg./ Remote Sensing & GIS AND having B.E./ B.Tech. degree or equivalent in Civil Engg./Agricultural Engg or Ph.D. in Water Resources/ Hydrology/ Physics/ Chemistry/ Earth Sciences/ Geo hydrology/ Hydrogeology/ Water  Quality.
• For Scientist-B & C : B.E./B.Tech. degree or equivalent in  Civil Engg./Agricultural Engg. / Instrumentation or Post -graduate degree in Water Resources/Physics/ Chemistry/Hydrology/Earth Sciences/Instrumentation.

Age Limit :

• For Scientist-D : 50 years
• For Scientist-B : 40 years
• For Scientist-C : 35 years
