For Staff Nurse :  B.Sc Nursing or GNM course passed & live registration in  Chhattisagarh nursing registration council.

For ANM : 12th passed & ANM passed & INC Affiliated Training centre & live registration in  Chhattisagarh nursing registration council  .

Age Limit : 18 to 64 years (as on 01.01.2016)

Application Fee : Candidates have to pay Rs. 400/- (Rs 200/- for SC/ST/PWD/Female ) whose pay scale is less than Rs.25000/- & Rs.650/- (Rs.350/-for SC/ST/PWD/Female) whose pay scale is greater than Rs.25000/- through Demand Draft drawn in favour of District Health Society, Non NRHM other Fund Bilaspur.
