Eligibility  :

Qualification : 

• For Staff Nurse : Candidates must Passed in DGNM / BSc. (N) / MSc.(N).
• For Refractionist : Passed Intermediate examination with MPC/BiPC and With Diploma in Optometry / Refractionist.
• For Physiotherapist :  Passed Intermediate examination with Bi.PC and bachelor degree in physiotherapy (BPT) from recognized university.
• Age Limit : As per AP Govt. Rules

Application Fee : Candidates have to pay Rs. 500/- through Demand Draft in favour of “ Member Convenor / Regional Director Of Medical and Health Services, Guntur Payable at Guntur. SC/ST/PH/Ex-Servicemen are exempted from the payment of fee.
