Eligibility:
- Qualification :
- For Customer Agent : Graduate in any discipline/faculty (minimum 3 years’ duration) from a recognized University with knowledge of basic computer operations.
- For Junior Customer Agent : HSC (XIIth Std.) pass in any discipline/faculty from a recognized Board/University with knowledge of basic computer operations
- Nationality : Indian
Age Limit :
- For General : 29 years
- For O.B.C. : 32 years
- For SC/ST : 34 years
Selection Process : Selection will be based on Personal Interview.
Application fee : Candidates have to pay Rs. 300/- through demand draft drawn in favour of Air India Air Transport Services Limited”, payable at Mumbai. SC/ST/ Ex-Servicemen are exempted from the payment of application fee.
