Eligibility Criteria for CPCL Recruitment :
- Educational Qualification :
- For Engineer : First Class Degree in Engineering /Technology in concerned discipline with 60 % marks in aggregate of all semester and two years of post qualification experience.
- For Marketing Officer : Engineering Graduate in either Chemical or Mechanical discipline with Two years full-time regular course leading to Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management, with not less than 60% mark in aggregate of all Semesters / years with two years of post qualification experience.
- For Human Resources Offcier : Graduate in any discipline with two years fulltime regular course leading to Post Graduate Diploma / Masters Degree in Human Resource Management / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare / Social Work / Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent with specialization in Personnel Management & Labour Welfare / Human Resources with not less than 60% mark in aggregate of all Semesters / years with two years of post qualification experience.
- For Law Officer : Bachelor Degree in Law with 55% marks in aggregate with two years of post qualification experience.
- Nationality : Indian
- Age Limit : 30 years (as on 31.07.2016)
Age Relaxation :
- For SC/ST Candidates : 5 years
- For OBC Candidates : 3 years
- For PWD Candidates : 10 years
Selection Process : Selection will be made on Written Test & Personal Interview.
Application Fee : Candidates belonging to General /OBC have to Pay Rs. 300/- through Internet Banking / ATM-cum-Debit Card / Credit Card / Bank Challan. SC/ST/Ex-servicemen candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
