• Educational Qualification : Candidates must hold a Bachelor degree in any subject from recognized university in India or from a foregion university declared by Government in consultation with the Commission to be equivalent to a degree of a recognized University.
• Nationality : Indian
• Age Limit : 21 to 35 years (as on 01.01.2016)

Age of Relaxation :

• SC/ST/ Socialy & Economicaly Backward Classess Candidates : 2 years
• Physically Challenged Candidates : 3 years
