Eligibility Criteria for HAL Recruitment :

• Educational Qualification : 
• For Manager : Bachelor’s Degree in Engg / Technology in any of the branches of Aeronautical, Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, Production and Metallurgy or its equivalent with 10 years experience.
• For  Manager (Finance & Admin) : MCom/ MBA (HR/Finance)/ from recognized Institutions / University. CA/ICWA will be preferred. Preference will be given to candidates from finance background with good administrative skills with 10 Years experience in a similar role/ position.
• Nationality : Indian
• Age Limit : 45 years (as on 01.06.2016)
