Eligibility Criteria for  ESIC Delhi Recruitment :

• Educational Qualification : 
• For IT Manager : B.E. /B.Tech. in computer science/IT with 6-8 years experience in incident, service request, Problem, Change Management, Service Desk & IT Service Desk.
• For IT Assistant : BCA / Diploma in CS/IT with 2-4 years experience in Breakdown calls and closer within the assigned service parameters of response time by proper allocation of time to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Nationality : Indian
• Age Limit : As per ESIC Delhi Rules
