Eligibility Criteria for CSIR Recruitment :

• Educational Qualification : M. Sc or equivalent degree/ Integrated BS-MS/BS-4 years / BE / B.Tech/ B.Pharma/MBBS with at least 55% marks for general and OBC-Non Creamy layer candidates and 50% for SC/ST, physically and Visually Handicapped candidates OR BSc (Hons) or equivalent degree holders or students enrolled in Integrated MS-PhD program with at least 55% marks for general and OBC (Non Creamy layer) candidates; 50% marks for SC/ST, physically and visually handicapped candidates.
• Nationality : Indian

Age Limit : As on 01.01.2016

• For JRF (NET) : 28 years
• For LS (NET) : No upper age limit

Selection Process : Selection process to the post will comprise a written test.

Application Fee :

• For General Category : Rs.1000/-
• For Other Backward Classes(OBC)-Non Creamy Layer : Rs.500/-
• For SC/ST/Physically Handicapped (PH) or Visually Handicapped (VH) :Rs.250/-

Candidates deposit their Examination fee in any branch of the Indian Bank throughout the country by paying in cash through bank challan OR through RTGS/NEFT.
