- For ANM : Passed HSC examination and completed A.N.M. course from Institutions recognized by Government and approved by I.N.C. and must have registered under Odisha Nurshing Counci.
- Nationality : Indian
- Age Limit : 21 to 32 years As on 01.01.2016
