Eligibility Criteria For NALCO Recruitment :

• Educational Qualification : .
• For Junior Foreman : Full time regular Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/ Institution approved by NCVT or SCTE&VT.
• For Mining Mate : HSC with Mining Mate Certificate of Competency & valid First Aid Certificate.
• Nationality : Indian

Age Limit : 

• For Junior Foreman : 40 Year
  
• For Mining Mate : 30 Year

Age of Relaxation :

• OBC Candidates : 3 years
• SC/ST Candidates : 5 years

Application Fee : Candidates belonging to General/OBC have to pay Rs. 50/- through Bank Draft/ Demand Draft drawn in favour of National Aluminium Company Limited, Alumina Refinery payable at Damanjodi, Odisha, 763008. SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen are exempted from the payment of fee.
