• Educational Qualification : Candidate must be a holder of degree in Law from a recognized University and recognized by the Bar Council of India.
• Nationality : Indian
• Age Limit : 22 to 35 years as on 01.08.2012

Age Relaxation :

• For SC / ST Candidates of Bihar Only : 22 to 40 years

Selection Process : Selection will be based on Written Test & Interview.

• For SC/ST of Bihar : Rs. 200/-
• All Other Category : Rs.600/-
