Eligibility Criteria for ArSRLM Recruitment :

• Educational Qualification :
• For Cluster Co-ordinator : Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university / PG in any discipline. Preference shall also be given to candidates with certificate / Diploma in Office applications.
• For Block Assistant : Graduate in Commerce from a recognized university with Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Office and Internet applications.
• Nationality : Indian
• Age Limit : 21 to 28 Year As on 01.01.2016

Selection Process : Selection will be made on through Aptitude Test, Bio-Data Form, Group Discussion,Thematic and Personal Interview & Field Attachment & Presentation.
