• Educational Qualification : Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering/ Computer Engineering from recognized University of India.
• Nationality : Indian
• Age Limit : 18 to 30 years (as on 19.02.2016)

Application Fee : Candidates belonging to General have to pay Rs. 160/-, Rs. 100/- for APST candidates through Demand Draft/ IPO in favour of the Secretary, Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission, Itanagar-791111.
