Eligible Criteria :

• Educational Qualification :
  
• For General Duty medical Officer : MBBS Degree from recognized university with complete valid registration.
• For Medical Officer : MBBS Degree.
• For Specialist MO : MBBS with a specialized degree or diploma in Pediatrician completed & registered with WBMC/ MCI on or before the date of publication of this notice.
• Nationality : Indian
• Age Limit :  63 years (as on 01.11.2015)

Application Fee : Candidates belonging General/ OBC have to pay of Rs. 100/- & candidates belonging SC/ST have to pay Rs. 50/- through Demand Draft to be issued from any Nationalized Bank in favour of West Bengal State Health & Family Welfare Samiti payable at Service Branch, Bankura.
