• Educational Qualification : 
• For Manager : Master’s degree in Corporate / Maritime Law from a recognized National/International University.
• For Chief Manager : Degree in Law from a recognized National/International University.
• For General Manager : Professional qualifications from Institute of Chartered Accountancy and or Ship brokers or Institute of Chartered logistics and transport (member, fellow or associate of the Institute obtained after passing prescribed examinations. Not honorary membership)/ Degree in Law/MBA (HR).
• Nationality : Indian

Age Limit :

• For Manager & Chief Manager : 40 years
• For General Manager : 45 years
