Eligibility Criteria :

• Educational Qualification : 
• For Manager (HR) : B.Sc – Any Specialization, B.Com – Commerce, LLB – Law) OR (PG- MBA/PGDM – Any Specialization, M.Sc – Any Specialization, LLM – Law, M.Com – Commerce, PG Diploma – Any Specialization) AND (Doctorate- Any Doctorate – Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required)Post Graduate Degree with Specialization in HR or MSW / MLW preferred, Qualification of LLB will add Value.
• For Law Officer (Loan) : Law Graduate /Post Graduate (L.L.B or L.L.M).
• For Deputy Chief Manager (Audit) : Chartered Account with Minimum 5 years experience Or Inter CA with minimum 10 years experience of financial audit Or First Class post graduate with financial experience of minimum 15 yrs.
• Nationality : Indian

Age Limit : 

• For Manager (HR) & Law Officer (Loan) : 40 years
• For Deputy Chief Manager (Audit) : 45 years
