Eligibility Criteria :

• Educational Qualification :
• For DEIC Manager : MBBS/ BDS/ Ayush/ Other health alliance with PG Degree/ Diploma in health or MBBS/ BDS/ Ayush/ Other health alliance with MSW or PG Diploma in Hospital Management or PG Diploma in Health Management/ Health Administration.
• For Pediatrician : MBBS with M.D. In Pediatrics from Institution recognized by Medical council of India.
  Nationality : Indian
  Age Limit : As per NRHM Chhattisgarh.

Application Fees : Candidates belonging to General/OBC have to pay Rs. 650/- & Candidates belonging to PWD/SC/ST/Women have to pay Rs. 325/- (For Greater than Rs. 25000/- Per month) and Candidates belonging to General/OBC have to pay Rs. 400/- & Candidates belonging to PWD/SC/ST/Women have to pay Rs. 200/- (For Less than Rs. 25000/- Per month) through Demand Draft Drawn in favour of National Health Mission District- Raipur – 492015 Chhattisgarh.
