• Educational Qualification : Candidate should have retired and held the post of Section Officer/ Assistant/ Office Superintendent or equivalent in grade pay of Rs. 4200/4600/4800/5400 in Ministry/ Department of Government/ General Administration/Budget & Accounts Matter.
  
• Nationality : Indian
• Age Limit : 65 Years (As on 01.01.2015)
