Eligibility Criteria :

• Educational Qualification :
• For Lab Technician : Must have passed the Intermediate Examination with Science of the Board of High School and Intermediate Education Uttar Pradesh or an examination recognised by the Government as equivalent thereto and must hold the Diploma in Laboratory Technology given by State Medical Faculty of Uttar Pradesh or any Diploma recognised by the Government as equivalent thereto.
• For X-ray Technician :  Candidate must hold the diploma in X Ray Technology given by Uttar Pradesh State Medical Faculty or any other qualification recognised by the Uttar Pradesh State Medical Faculty as equivalent thereto.
• For Dental Hygienist : Candidates Must have passed the Intermediate Examination with Science of the Board Of High School and Intermediate Education Uttar Pradesh or an examination recognised by the Government as equivalent thereto and Must possess a certificate of nine months Physio Therapy Technicians Training Course from a recognised training centre of State Government or Central Government.
• For Pharmacist Beshjik : Candidates Must have passed the Intermediate Examination with Science ( Mathematics or Biology ) of the Board Of High School and Intermediate Education Uttar Pradesh or an examination recognised by an Government as equivalent thereto and Must have obtained Two Years Homeopathic Pharmacist Diploma From an Institution recognised by the Government and has undergone three months Homeopathic Pharmacist Training Course from an Institution recognised or maintained by the Government and Must be registered with the Homeopathic Medicine Board Uttar Pradesh.
• For Pharmacist Allopath : Candidates Must have diploma in pharmacy from an institution recognized by the government and must be registered as pharmacist with the state pharmacy council Uttar Pradesh.
• Nationality : Indian
• Age Limit : 18 to 40 Years (As on 01.07.2015)

Selection Process : Selection will be through Written Examination & Interview.
