• Educational Qualification :
• For Deputy Director : Holding analogous post on regular basis; or with five  years regular service in a post in the Pay Band-3, Rs.15600-39100 with Grade Pay of Rs.5400/- or equivalent.
• For Legal Officer : Holding analogous post on regular basis; or with three (03) years regular  service in a post in the Pay Band-2, Rs.9300-34800/- with Grade Pay of Rs.4,200/- or equivalent .
• Nationality : Indian
• Age Limit : 56 years
