• For Junior Manager (Technical) : B.E. (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Computer Science/IT).
• For Assistant Manager (Finance and Accounts) : B.Com.+CA/ICWA.
• For Assistant Manager (Commercial) : B. Tech. (Chemical/Mechanical) or Equivalent Higher Technical Qualification.
• For Mining Mate : Matriculation along with Mining Mate’s Certificate of Competency under MMR Act 1961 From the Competent Authority under Ground Mine in the capacity of Mining mate.
• Nationality : Indian
